I-shaped strip, 5cm x 25cm – 1 piece
- Attach one end of the tape to the upper part of the shoulder joint (acromion process).
- Drop the shoulder down, and bend the neck down to the opposite direction.
Apply the tape toward the side of the lower occipital.
– Y-shaped strip, 2 x 8 inch (uncut base: 2 inch) – 1 piece
– Fan-shaped strip, 2 x 6 inch (uncut base: 2 inch) – 2 pieces.
- Attach the base of the Y-shaped strip to the triangular tuberosity (the part where the round shoulder muscle finishes)
- Lift the arm up and turn the thumb to the outside.
Attach the front end of the strip to the coracoid process (small bone part under the clavicle). - Lift the arm up and turn the thumb to the outside.
Attach the front end of the strip to the coracoid process (small bone part under the clavicle) - Relax the shoulder.
Attach the fan-shaped strips in the middle of the contusion part as shown in the picture.
