Y-shaped strip, 2 x 18 inch (uncut base: 2 inch) – 1 piece
- Lie in a prone position and relax your leg and foot. Attach the uncut base of the tape under the heel.
- Bend the ankle as shown in the second picture. Apply the outer end of the tape as if embracing the outer part of the calf muscle.
- By keeping the same position, apply the inner end of the tape as if embracing the inner part of the calf muscle.
