Y-shaped strip, 2 x 12 inch (uncut base: 2 inch) – 2 pieces
- Bend the upper body forward. Attach the uncut base of the tape to the left of the spine, closed to the hips. Apply the two cut ends parallel to the spine.
- Repeat the previous step on the right side of the spine.
- When returning to a normal position, wrinkles should appear.
